By placing an order on SMMGenie, you automatically agree to all the terms of service listed below, whether you have read them or not.

1. General

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them before placing each order.
• You agree to use the SMMGenie platform in accordance with the Terms of Service of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and any other relevant social media platforms.
• Service rates on SMMGenie may change at any time without notice. However, refund and payment policies will remain in effect regardless of such changes.
• Delivery times are estimated only. SMMGenie does not guarantee exact delivery times. Orders in progress cannot be refunded due to delay.
• SMMGenie reserves the right to modify service types when necessary to complete an order.

SMMGenie will not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or consequences that may affect you or your business.

3. Liabilities

SMMGenie is not liable for:

• Account suspension
  
• Post or content removal 
  
• Penalties applied by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or any other platform due to services used.

4. Services

• SMMGenie services are intended to improve your account's appearance only.
  
• We do not guarantee interactions (likes, comments, engagement) from new followers.
  
• While we aim to provide followers with profile pictures, bios, and posts, this is not guaranteed 100%.
  
• Uploading nudity, illegal, or inappropriate content to SMMGenie is strictly prohibited.
  
• Private accounts will not be refunded. Ensure your account is public before placing an order.

5. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be made to your original payment method after a deposit.
  
• Once a payment is made, you agree not to file disputes or chargebacks.
  
• In case of a dispute or chargeback:
  

1. Your account will be banned.
2. Delivered services may be reversed or removed.
3. Legal action may be taken or a formal complaint filed.

• Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed, unless they are non-deliverable, in which case a refund will be credited to your SMMGenie balance.
  
• Processing of refunds or completions may take 6 to 48 hours after a response.

6. Refill & Warranty Policy

• Do not place large orders on services that do not mention a "Refill" option.

• If a service includes "Refill" but we are unable to refill it, a partial refund will be provided based on the drop quantity. No further guarantee will apply afterward.
• Refill processing typically takes 24–48 hours.
• Drops caused by social media updates are not our responsibility.
• Orders for private or incorrectly entered accounts will not be refunded.
• Fraudulent activity such as using stolen payment methods will lead to permanent account suspension.
  
• Do not use multiple servers or panels on the same post/page. Incorrect delivery due to this will not be refunded.

7. Privacy Policy

• We only collect personal information necessary to complete your order.
  
• Your data will never be shared or sold to any third parties.
  
• All personal information is stored securely and encrypted on our servers.

8. Special Terms for Telegram Members

• Use a unique invite link for each Telegram order if the service includes a refill.
  
• Reusing the same invite link for multiple orders will result in refill being applied to only one order.
  
• Do not use multiple panels or servers on the same Telegram channel. If you do, refill support will be void.
  
• If a service is listed as nondrop and does not offer a refill, it does not carry any guarantee. Subscribers may drop due to Telegram system updates.
