SMMGenie - Terms of Service

By placing an order on SMMGenie, you automatically agree to all the terms of service listed below, whether you have read them or not.

1. If an order can be canceled through a "cancel" button, you are entitled to an automatic refund.
2. While we strive to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee that all orders can be canceled once placed.
3. To expedite support inquiries, please provide the specific action required and your order ID. Avoid general queries as they may delay the resolution process. We have listed common scenarios on the left side of this sheet for your reference.
4. If your order has been canceled, consider the following reasons:
- The profile or post specified in your order was set to public or had age/country restrictions.
- The link provided was incorrect. We recommend verifying links in incognito mode before placing an order.
- High server load might have led to automatic cancellation of your order due to full server capacity.
5. Manual payments will require verification by our Payment Merchants and will be forwarded to our accounting team.
6. We do not offer refills or refunds for services specified as 'no refill'.
7. Please refrain from submitting more than one ticket for the same issue as this will extend the response time.
8. For services related to live streams, watch hours, story views, and post impressions, where statistics are not publicly accessible, screenshots are necessary for support queries.
9. We do not guarantee the appearance of profiles on our platform. Additionally, actions such as unfollowing or unliking are irreversible once executed.

➠ Must Check Before Creating Order

1. Make Sure Your Subscriber, Like, View Counter Is Not Hidden & Accounts Are Public Before You Place An Order. 
2. Please Do Not Order More Than 1 Order For The Same Link At The Same Time Until The First One Is Completed.
3. Please Do Not Order For Porn, Politics, Extremism And Any Content That Stirs Public Opinion Accounts.
4.  If You Have Any Payment Issues Do Not Worry Just Message Us On WhatsApp Your Money Is 100% Safe With Us.
5. When You Add Funds We Cant Refund Your Payment In You Bank In Any Case, You Will Just Be Able To Use Your Funds On SMMGenie
6. We Can't Remove Your Funds In Any Case Without Your Concern

➠ Payment Deduction & Suspension

1. We Will Suspend Your Account If You Try To Do Manipulation In Add Funds Fraud , Threaten Us , Abuse Or Misbehave With Support team.
2. By Creating an Account or Placing a new Order Here, You agree to our Terms & Conditions.
3. Please ensure that the accounts linked to your order remain public while the order is in progress. Changing them to private may disrupt the process, and no refunds or cancellations will be provided in such cases.
3. Adding Scam , Betting , Gambling or any other funds Can lead to legal Actions From Court

➠ Refills

INSTAGRAM

1. No Refill If You Change Username Or Make Account Private You Will Not Get Refills.
2. Refill Is Only For Order ID Not For Link. If The link Doesnt work, We can't Refill.
3. The refill is based on the formula: Start Count + Order Quantity = End Count, calculated separately for each order.
( For example, if your Start Count is 1000 and you order 1000, the End Count should be 2000. A refill will be provided only if the count drops below 2000, but it must remain above the Start Count (1000).
When you request a refill for multiple orders, we will review each order individually based on its respective numbers as described above. )
4. Refill Request Maybe Rejected If Drop Is Less Than 5% As Our System Only Count Drops Above 5% For Small Orders..
5. If you have ordered followers and notice a drop, please use the Refill button on the Orders page or contact us via Telegram for a refill. Do not place a new order until the first one is fully refilled, as a new order will use the current start count and may result in receiving fewer followers.
6. If your account has a large number of followers (e.g., 200K) and you order a small amount (e.g., 5K), drops may occur from your old followers, not from our service. In such cases, we cannot provide a refill. To ensure proper tracking and refill support, please make sure to order at least 10% of your total follower count from our services.
7. Refill Period Differ Along The Updates And Overload But Usually Its Done Within 24-72 Hours.

TELEGRAM

First of all, you should know that unlike services like Instagram, Telegram member services are not refilled based on the start count in 80% of the cases

Refill in Telegram services is divided into two parts: order with invite link and order with public link

Refill for invite link

When you use the invite link function, you can see how many people have joined your channel or group through this link (if someone leaves the channel, it will be deducted from the number of joined and this data is updated at the moment).
To refill, you must send us a screenshot of the link. If the number of people who have joined is less than the amount of your order, your order will be refilled (note that you must create a new link for each order and under no circumstances use one link for two orders).

Refill order With Public link

If you use the public link for your order, your order will not always be refilled based on the Start count. This is because there are many services that are 100% non-drop for a certain period of time, and we have no control over this issue. 
We only refill the orders based on the start count for the services that we know have a continuous decline
For this reason, we always recommend that you use Invite Link for all your orders (be sure to create a new link for each order)

➠ Refunds

1. No refund will be provided if you place one order from SMMGenie and another order from other panels for the same link. We never encourage such practices. Do not expect any refunds in such cases. For example, if you tell us that the followers on your profile came from another panel, we will not issue a refund. You must wait until the order is either canceled or completed.
2. If You Put Wrong or Non-Working Links. You Do Not Need To Worry About It. It Will Be Automatically Canceled And Refunded To SMMGenie Wallet
3. If You Request Refund For Running Order. It Is Possible For Some Services But Not Possible for fast-working services.
4. It is your responsibility to keep all the order IDs associated with the same link for refill. When requesting a refill, please ensure that all the relevant order IDs are submitted completely.

!! Do not switch usernames and ask for refills - such tricks will not work here. Accounts attempting this will be directly suspended [SCAMMERS TAKE NOTE].
This platform provides many services, and system errors may occur—please deal with them accordingly and always read our Terms & Conditions.
Do not click on potential spam notifications on Instagram. Sometimes Instagram may send alerts about removing spam accounts; if you click on these, and your followers drop, it will not be our responsibility to refill them. Simply ignore these notifications, as they will not affect your profile.
Do not request refills in such cases, and make sure to inform your clients as well. A 100% drop is not possible with our old account services, so kindly make your clients aware of this. !!
